watching eating

Today I sat in Convo and watched a few of my friends eating. I normally sit with them everyday but I never really watched them. Some held the silverware in one hand to cut and switched hands to place the food in their mouths. Some talked with there mouth full and some finshes their food befor speaking. When one was eating chicken with her hands she seemed to eat fast then when she was eating something else with a fork. Everyone eats different and it all depends on how you were raised.

Seeing and Hearing

For my hearing part, I sat outside of my dorm with my friends and listened to peoples conversations, the insects, and cars going by. I never realized how many different topics people talk about. Every person was talking about something different and it amazes me how many different things there is to talk about. Normally when im out side i hear cars go by but i never really listened to the differences each car makes. You can not only hear car parts going bad like mufflers but all the different types of music people are listing too as well. I can always hear music but i never really listed hard enough to hear the song.

For my seeing part I sat in convo after eating and just watched. I saw many different ways people eat there food. The expressions people make when they like or don't like the taste of something. A lot of people use the silver wear different, everyone chews different, and everyone has different table manners. Also depending on how many people are at a table depends on how long people stay or take to eat. If there was like two people at a table they had small talk and were gone fast but at a big table with lots of conversations going and laughing, they tended to take longer to eat.
